Correctly dating and monitoring milk in thermal carafes will vary by your municipal/state/provincial laws & health department regulations. Please consult local resources for more information or connect with your Store Manager (SM) to find out what the appropriate procedure is in your area.

Frozen product that partners pull in-store are dated for thaw time + shelf life.
(Example: Pastries have a shelf life of 48 hours + a thaw time of 3 hours. Therefore they're dated for 51 hours.)
