Protein Milk must be refrigerated between uses for food safety & quality.
Protein Milk is chilled for 1 hour prior to first use to ensure quality and to meet food safety requirements.
It is expected that the Protein Milk will settle in the first hour to reduce foam from the initial build. This settling may cause the product to fall below the 2L line.

Pour milk

Pour 2% milk into a 2L pitcher to the .5L line.

Pour the 2L pitcher contents into a blender pitcher (not the cold foam blender pitcher). Securely attach lid.

Add protein powder
Add 1 bag of protein powder directly into the blender pitcher.

Blend

Blend on setting #3.

Blend again on setting #1.

Pour milk
Pour 2% milk into the 2L pitcher used in Step 1 to the 1L line.

Combine
Pour entire blender pitcher contents into the 2L pitcher.

Label and store

Top pitcher with a blue lid.

Day dot pitcher for 48 hours, write "Protein Milk" on the day dot and store in the refrigerator.

Whisk before first use

Wait for 1 hour after preparing Protein Milk before whisking to use in beverages. Protein Milk only needs to be whisked before the first use, whisking does not need to be done after this occurrence.

Store in refrigerator between uses, do not store on the counter.
